Q: How long does it take to dispatch an order?

A: We strive to dispatch all orders either on the same or next day. Orders made via our website are given priority fulfillment.

A: You can place an order either through our website or via mobile. Please note that orders made through the website are processed faster.

Q: Will I be contacted for delivery details?

A: In some cases, our rider may need further details about your delivery address. If necessary, they will contact you to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: If you need to make a return, please read our returns policy here. We accept returns within 48 hours from delivery for an exchange. Please ensure that the item is unaltered, unworn, and unwashed, with tags attached.

Q: Do you accept laybuys?

A: No, we do not accept laybuys at this time.

Q: What payment options do you offer?

A: We offer cash on delivery as well as online payment options. You can pay online via mobile money or VISA when using our website checkout. We also accept MTN Momo Pay.

Q: Do you encourage cashless payments?

A: Yes, we encourage cashless payment options for orders over Ugx 200,000. It is a convenient and secure way to make your purchase.

Materials & Care

Q: What materials are your jewelry made from?

A: Our jewelry is made from various materials, including sterling silver, 9ct gold, and brass. Plated pieces contain real gold or silver. Others include glass pearls, authentic fresh water & cultured pearls, crystals and semi precious stones. All our jewelry is nickel safe and lead free.

We are mindful whilst sourcing jewelry and stand for responsible ethical, social, and environmental practices with respect to human rights. 

Q: How should I care for my jewelry?

A: To keep your jewelry in the best condition, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. When not wearing your jewelry, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Please read care instructions here
